Rates and Fees. Rates and Fees are subject to change without notice. $ 0.69 surcharge applies to calls from Payphones. Card and network providers make no express or imply warranty about the condition or fitness of the service offered for any particular use. Card may be deactivated without notice if fraud or non-payment is suspected. In no event will agents be liable for punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages. ShwePhoneCard.com is not responsible for lost or stolen pins or unauthorized use.
Credit card fraud. Credit card fraud is a Federal offense. ShwePhoneCard.com uses automated systems to confirm proper credit card authorization. We track every transaction. Information related to fraudulent transactions, including IP addresses, detailed call records and transaction related information are collected and informed to law enforcement officials.
Refund Policy. ShwePhoneCard.com will issue a credit or a refund in the following circumstances:
- If you are mistakenly charged for a call that was never initiated. After verification, ShwePhoneCard.com will credit your account the amount charged.
